Kimchi Fried Rice and Eggs
Chopped kimchi, sliced fresh carrots, chopped onions, chopped bacon, garlic, pan-fried with long grain white rice. On top are two fried eggs* with chopped green onions, furikake (sesame and seaweed rice seasoning) and Korean red pepper flakes.

Kimchi is a traditional fermented Korean side dish that is flavored with Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru). The kimchi we are serving is made in Oregon from napa cabbage, chili flakes, carrots, garlic, onion, green onion, sugar, baby shrimp, sea salt, ginger and anchovy extract. This kimchi is medium spicy
